Shipping & Handling
Orders are processed and shipped from our shop in Lincoln, Nebraska. Once an order is placed, you can expect your package to ship within 2-4 business days of the initial purchase. During Holiday or Store wide sales, packages will be shipped within 7 business days. Transit times are provided by the carrier and will vary based on the destination. Should the shipping lead time be longer than the time estimated, Paper Kite is not responsible for the delay as it is a result of the mail carrier.
If an item arrives damaged, we ask that you please contact info@paperkiteshop.com within 48 hours. Please photograph both the original packaging and the damaged item as it greatly helps us when submitting a claim to the carrier.
Paper Kite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Additionally, if a package is missing but logged as delivered, we are unfortunately unable to replace items. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, however the responsibility of such mishaps is ultimately the responsibility of the mail carrier.
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of the continental U.S.
